missingWrote a review on 13 Decslow elevators
The elevators are painfully slow, making trips to your floor an exercise in patience. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle. the automated parking tower adds more wait time, and it's not the quickest process to retrieve your car. Plus, the view from our room was less than ideal, facing directly onto a brick wall.

Very nice public bath with helpful staff.

The elevators move at a snail's pace, making every trip feel like an eternity!!! The location, while near the station, has restaurants that close early, limiting dining options in the evening. Facilitate easier parking access, please!!!

The rollercoaster I didn’t see coming
The room was larger than expected and impeccably clean! Staff were friendly and communicated thoughtfully, even using translation devices.
Inflexible breakfast timings caught us off guard, as we arrived just minutes late and couldn't get the tickets.

absolutely not worth the hype. They only deliver luggage if you pay cash, which is just ridiculous. And the elevator is dreadfully slow. Also, as a solo traveler, I expected a welcome gift or at least some courtesy for the inconvenience. But, of course, that just didn't happen, which is shocking for such a high-rated place. what a disappointment!

Comfortable Stay with Minor Inconvenience
I enjoyed the well-equipped Single Room with spotless amenities. The location is convenient, but be prepared for some walking. Beware of the breakfast ticket timings – try to arrive earlier to avoid missing out. A good place for a short visit!

Friendly and helpful staff made my stay enjoyable, assisting with luggage arrangements even with language barriers. The public bath was a refreshing end to my long days of exploring, though it was a bit tricky to find initially. Unfortunately, the waiting time for the elevator was frustrating, and navigating the parking system took longer than expected. The cozy bedding and clean room provided a comfortable stay, but some improvements in efficiency would enhance the experience.
